I'm a visual artist currently undertaking a doctorate in fine art.
My research comprises two primary strands. The first strand focuses on the concept of the Metacrisis, denoting the complex interconnected global challenges that pose an existential threat to humanity. By exploring various facets of the Metacrisis, I aim to gain a comprehensive understanding of this predicament's magnitude, aiming to heighten awareness about its far-reaching implications.
The second strand of my research involves a profound examination of self-discovery and a spiritual quest centred on transformative experiences and transcendence. This part of my inquiry responds to the emotional impact engendered by the Metacrisis. I aim to explore how humanity can navigate the emotional impact of the Metacrisis effectively.
